Price and included materials

The price is a one-time US $149 payment through Stripe. The offer includes the twelve written English modules, eleven module quizzes, a final exam, unlimited free retakes, the application practice kit, quick reference, glossary and printable lesson checklists. Course access does not expire. There is no subscription.

After the required course completion, you can download a personal courtesy completion record and receive two physical embossed original certificates, mailed with tracking after you provide a complete U.S. mailing address. U.S. certificate mailing is included in the $149 price; international mailing is not included. If you need a destination outside the U.S., contact us before purchasing to discuss whether service is available. Do not purchase on the assumption that international mailing is available or included. The courtesy record and physical originals have different purposes, as explained below. A Spanish edition and IRS continuing education credits are not included.

Individual enrollment

Enter the student's own full certificate name and unique email address before checkout. Each enrollment and its progress and certificates belong to that student. A cardholder or mailing recipient may be a different person. Several students in one office must enroll separately, each with a unique email; the same card can pay for their separate enrollments.

Do not share sign-in links or use another learner's course record. If a name or email needs correction, contact us rather than purchasing again under an existing learner's email. A duplicate payment does not transfer another person's saved progress or certificate to a different student; the owner must review the purchase separately.

Payment confirmation creates enrollment. The checkout-return page alone is not a payment receipt. After confirmation, use the emailed link to sign in. Some payment methods take longer to confirm; contact us if confirmation or access is missing.

Study and completion

Suggested study time is about 4 hours 10 minutes. Actual time varies with reading, review and retakes. Study at your own pace and use the included tools for your own learning and professional reference.

Pass each of the eleven module quizzes at 80% or higher, complete Module 12 and pass the final exam at 80% or higher (at least 24 of 30). Retakes are free and unlimited. Saved account records establish course completion; an ordinary page visit, purchase receipt or signed-out practice result does not. After completion, ordinary quiz retakes are for review and do not reset the original completion date.

The downloadable courtesy completion record is for your files. It is not the original embossed certificate and must not be used for the IRS application.

Original certificates and replacements

After you pass and provide a complete U.S. mailing address, we prepare the certificate on Arc & Ledger letterhead, physically emboss the seal and mail two originals with tracking. Initial certificate mailings, reissues and replacements under this offer are to U.S. mailing addresses. For a destination outside the U.S., contact us before purchasing; no international service, price or delivery date is promised. Review the latest address on the course dashboard. An account-completion or address-update email does not confirm printing, embossing or shipment.

Keep the physical originals. Follow the current IRS upload instructions when preparing an image of an embossed original for a CAA application. No fixed dispatch or delivery date is promised in this offer. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.

If the originals have not arrived within 10 business days of the ship notice, contact us for free reissue. Lost or damaged originals are replaced free at any time. Contact us with the student's name and purchase or course email so we can review the completion and mailing record.

Refunds

• Certificate acceptance refund: if the IRS does not accept your certificate as satisfying the forensic document training requirement, contact us and we refund 100% of your purchase price. We will work with you through the IRS review of our course. This option is separate from the 30-day change-of-mind option below.
• Change of mind: request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not completed the course. Completion means meeting the module and final-exam requirements described in Study and completion.

Request a refund by emailing burak@arcandledger.com or calling (323) 214-3812. Include the student's name, purchase email and the reason for the request. For a certificate-acceptance refund, describe the IRS certificate issue if that information is available; keep taxpayer identifiers and identity-document images out of ordinary email.

Arc & Ledger handles requests manually under these terms. The course website does not issue an automatic refund when a request is sent. This refund offer does not guarantee IRS certificate acceptance or approval of a CAA application.

IRS requirements and provider acceptance

This course teaches forensic document examination for CAA applicants. It is not the IRS's separate mandatory Acceptance Agent training, an IRS form, a submitted application or a tax or legal engagement for a particular person.

The IRS does not endorse any forensic training provider. Its public guidance says the listed providers are not mandatory; its Internal Revenue Manual separately describes provider vetting and approval. This offer does not represent that the IRS has reviewed or accepted this course or its certificates. Completing the course does not guarantee acceptance of a particular certificate or approval of your CAA application. Check current IRS requirements before relying on a certificate.

Official references: IRS forensic training guidance and IRM 3.21.264.4.6. The IRS application FAQs describe the four-year forensic-certificate validity rule. Continuing course access does not extend the validity of an earlier certificate.

Use the current official instructions and notices for your circumstances. You remain responsible for your own account access, application, jurat and submissions. No course tool signs or submits anything to an agency on your behalf.
